WDS proxydhcp service did not reply to request on port 4011

Hi!

I have a WDS server and when I tried to boot I always got "proxydhcp service did not reply to request on port 4011". It not works when I set 60,66,67 ports, I tried only with 66,67 but I got the same error. WDS server and DHCP server are different.
When I want to check/uncheck Do not listen on DHCPv6ports or Configure DHCP options for ..." I got "Access deneid" error.
I checked firewall rules on WDS and the needed TCP and UDP ports are enabled. Earlier everything works properly, but in the lately something went wrong.
I tired many solution from forums, but these not works.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
