Claim initial password from Azure AD?

Hi.
Is there a decent way for a new hire to securely set/get their initial password themselves? Anyone doing this now?
Right now, we have each and every new hire call the helpdesk to assist them in getting their initial password and we're trying to avoid that call.

Hi @LateToTheParty ! You can do this with Self Service Password Reset. If you're creating new users whenever you get a new employee, the new user can use SSPR to reset the password that is automatically generated for them! Hope this helps.
