Static tools logo test is not listing for some of the device drivers from 24H2-26100 HLK controller. Is it expected? any parameter from driver removing this test through playlist ??

We are running Static tools logo test as part of our device driver HLK validation for MSFT partner signing. Recently we are observing the test is not listing for validation after applying test filters for 24H2-26100.1 HLK controller. If any insight on this behavior would be helpful. It is not happening for all the drivers. some device drivers are having this observation.
