how to retrieve look up column in custom webpart using SPFX

Question

I am trying to create a custom webpart using SPFX which can display the list items in table format. I can retrieve the string column but having trouble with look up column value to display on the table. it appears "Undefined" value. I would like to get the actual value of the look up column from its parent list.

Issuing_Authority and Enforcement_status are the look up columns.
