How to fix "Just a moment" blue screen post resetting using USB device

HP WINDOWS 10- in order to sell this laptop, I did a reset of the laptop using a PenDrive (USB device). However it's still stuck on the "Just a moment" blue screen for past three days. Help.

    The defaultuser0 account is created during the Out-Of-Box-Experience (OOBE) process and is used by the system for initial setup.

    In some cases, the defaultuser0 account may have a password set, even if you didn't set one yourself. This can cause the system to prompt for a password during the sign-in process. Unfortunately, since you don't know the password for the defaultuser0 account, you may need to perform additional troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

    One possible workaround is to try removing the password for the defaultuser0 account by following these steps:

    1. Restart your laptop and wait for the "Just a moment" screen to appear.
    2. Press the Shift key five times in quick succession to open the Sticky Keys menu.
    3. Click on the "Ease of Access" button in the bottom-right corner of the Sticky Keys menu.
    4. This will open the Command Prompt window.
    5. In the Command Prompt window, type the following command and press Enter: net user defaultuser0 ""
    6. This command will remove the password for the defaultuser0 account.
    7. Restart your laptop and see if you can now sign in without being prompted for a password.

    Please note that this workaround may not work in all cases, and it's always recommended to reach out to HP support.
