Hello @Ali Sharief Thank you for contacting us through Microsoft Q&A platform. Happy to answer any questions you may have!

Assigning Azure credits to multiple users on a single domain isn't directly supported within Azure. Azure credits are typically assigned to individual Azure subscriptions or accounts. However, there are a couple of approaches you can consider distributing credits effectively:

Approach 1: Allocate Credits to a Single Admin Account and Use Azure Pass for Others

    1. Assign Credits to a Single Admin Account:
      • Allocate your Azure credits to a single Azure subscription/account. This can be done by redeeming your Azure credits through the Azure portal under the billing section associated with your Azure subscription.
    2. Use Azure Pass for Others:
      • Azure Passes are typically used for short-term access to Azure services and resources. They provide a fixed amount of credits that can be used within a specified timeframe.
    3. Steps to Allocate Azure Passes:
      • Purchase or obtain Azure Pass codes.
      • Redeem these codes in the Azure portal or through the Azure Pass redemption website (https://www.microsoftazurepass.com).
      • Each Azure Pass code provides a specific amount of credits, which can be used by a single user within a given period.

Approach 2: Consider Azure Enterprise Agreements (EA)

If your organization has an Azure EA (Enterprise Agreement), you can allocate credits and manage usage across multiple users or departments more flexibly. Azure EA provides a way to consolidate billing and manage subscriptions under a single agreement, which can include multiple users and departments.

    Steps for Managing Azure Passes:

    • Redeeming Azure Pass Codes:
      • Go to the Azure Pass redemption site (https://www.microsoftazurepass.com).
      • Sign in with your Microsoft account or create a new one.
      • Enter the Azure Pass code you have received.
      • Follow the prompts to redeem the code and activate the credits associated with it.
    • Allocating Azure Passes to Users:
      • Once redeemed, the Azure Pass credits are typically associated with the account that redeemed the code.
      • Users can then access Azure services using the credits associated with their account.
    • Monitoring Usage:
    • Azure Pass usage and remaining credits can be monitored through the Azure portal. Each user can view their consumption and available credits under their Azure subscription associated with the Azure Pass.
