How can I print out chats and posts in teams from the desktop app?

And also how can I search for chats and posts from the Admin center?

Unfortunately, Microsoft Teams does not have a built-in print function for chats and posts directly from the app.

As a workaround, you could try to take the following steps:

1.Open the Chat or Post: Navigate to the chat or post you want to print.

2.Copy the Text: Select the text you want to print by clicking and dragging your mouse over it. Right-click and select "Copy," or use Ctrl+C (Cmd+C on a Mac).

3.Paste into a Document: Open a word processing application like Microsoft Word or a text editor like Notepad. Paste the copied text using Ctrl+V (Cmd+V on a Mac).

4.Print the Document:Use the print function of the word processing application to print the document. This is generally found under "File" > "Print" or by pressing Ctrl+P (Cmd+P on a Mac).
