It is recommended that you use the Win+r shortcut key to type gpedit.msc to open the Group Policy Editor and navigate to the location shown below.
The following configuration can control whether the local firewall rules are effective. Yes means that the local firewall rules are effective. Select no, indicating that the local firewall rules are invalid.
In Settings, this "Apply local firewall rules" configuration item determines: after the various stacking/exiting rules are configured and pushed in the group policy, whether the additional customized "rules" on the local firewall can also be applied and effective.
