Remove Outdated Image Cache From Bing

Bing has not removed cached images that have been completely removed from the source more than a year ago. I have made several requests using the submit an issue function as well as using the webmaster removal tool. Neither has worked in removing the images. Is there another way to accomplish this?

2020-12-02T07:33:41.707+00:00 These are the image addresses. I have submitted several requests as well as used to "removal tool" to no avail. They were already removed from the source website.
