Make sure that your administrator has assigned a resource account to your call queue and that the resource account has a Microsoft Teams Phone resource account license assigned to it.
At least one Microsoft service number, Operator Connect number, Direct Routing number, or a hybrid number for each resource account that you want to be directly dialable from external phone numbers. This is how you assign phone numbers to call queues allowing callers from outside Teams to reach the call queue.
