Hi, I am trying to publish a Microsoft Copilot in Teams, and I want the Copilot to have access to some PDFs and data so everyone doesn't have to upload them again and again. I created the copilot in Copilot Studio, but I cannot access it in Teams. when I click on "open in Teams" option, it says "app not found". I have tried to publish in Teams channel multiple times and I also paid for the service as it was working fine in the copilot trial in Copilot Studio.

I have also tried to create the copilot using Power Virtual Agents but I am not able to add knowledge or pdfs in that. How do I make a copilot with knowledge of the desired PDFs and data from One Drive and publish it in teams for my team to use? For the system and OS, I am using Teams and Copilot Studio in Google Chrome on a Ubuntu system.

    Hello @Madhushree SANNIGRAHI -
You can add knowledge to a copilot while you're creating it. While responding to the prompts to create your copilot, you can specify the following types of knowledge sources:

    • A public website
    • SharePoint and OneDrive

After you enter the URL to the knowledge source, your copilot automatically adds the knowledge source. After the copilot is created, the knowledge source is displayed in the Configuration and Knowledge pages.
