Continuing to see 402 Payment error even after enabling metered api
Hi,
We are continuing to see 402 Payment error on trying to fetch content from Recording API from our Application even after Enabling Metered API - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/metered-api-setup?tabs=azurecloudshell
We have already opened multiple tickets , but it seems no one in the support team has any clue on how to resolve this. We have had paid support with MS but you are not honouring the SLA of ticket nor responding to the questions while our customers and business continues to get impacted.
Who can check this request at the earliest or provide the escalation path.
