You'll need Dv3 or Ev3 series with Windows Server 2016/2019 or Windows 10.

Appreciate to share your comments and feedback regarding running a VB, is it working somewhere, note that I am using latest release on Windows 10 pro on D_v3 series.
I tried as well to run Windows 7 image on the same managed Win 10 VM on Hyper-V. with no luck
