Unable to add phish report button to Outlook

I checked File>Options>Customize Ribbon and couldn't find it listed as an option under All Commands. How do I go about adding this? Should I just remove Outlook and re-install it or is there another way?

Did you or your organization installed Microsoft Report Message or Report Phishing add-ins?

Please check with your Admin.

If installation confirmed check your Add-ins section on Outlook.

We have a button called Phish Alert Report, and it's installed for everyone except I can't find it in my Outlook. It's not an option listed in the ribbon and when I go to File>Option>Customize Ribbon, it's not an option to add in All Commands. How else can I add it?

What's the "Phish Alert Report" add-in do you mean? Is it an add-in developed and installed by your organization?

Generally, the below option in Outlook is enabled as JR K Yoshikawa mentioned:

Looks like the issue is more related to the developed add-in, please kindly understand that the Outlook tag here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client. In order to better solve your problem, we will add "Office Development" tag.
