Unable to add phish report button to Outlook

Question

I checked File>Options>Customize Ribbon and couldn't find it listed as an option under All Commands. How do I go about adding this? Should I just remove Outlook and re-install it or is there another way?

Did you or your organization installed Microsoft Report Message or Report Phishing add-ins?

Please check with your Admin.

If installation confirmed check your Add-ins section on Outlook.
