Excel charts not displayed correctly on different computers

When I opened an Excel document with charts on my Windows 10 computer, the charts displayed normally. However, when I or my colleagues opened the document on another computer or even on my phone, the charts were not displayed correctly. Specifically, the box plot box, the background, and data labels were missing, although clicking on the chart highlighted it with a dashed line. How can I resolve this issue? Our Office version is Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016.

    Hi @悦萌 牛

I suggest you check default printer on another machine via going to Windows Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.

You may change the default printer to "Microsoft Print to PDF".
