Question about Authenticator: Connection lost. Check network connection and try again.

Hello,

I regularly receive unsolicited push notifications on my iPhone from the Authenticator app that say:

Connection lost. Check network connection and try again.

Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix it?

Have other people experienced this issue?
