Hi, a colleague is leaving soon and his Microsoft account is supposed to be removed. There are some OneDrive folders he created and owned.

I would like to know if I followed the path below and transferred the ownership of those folders to myself, does it mean that (1) the folders will be kept; (2) I am the new owner; and (3) I will be able to access, share and edit even after the leaving colleague's account been removed? Many thanks!
