Hello @oliver b Thank you for reaching out to us on Microsoft Q&A platform. Happy to help!
From your post, I understand that you created an Azure free trial account and couldn't find the free credits in the Azure portal. Sometimes it happens that the subscription gets created but benefits do not get created due to a backend issue.
To check the balance of your Azure free trial account, you can follow these steps:
Go to the Azure portal and sign in with your Azure account.
Click on "Cost Management + Billing" in the left-hand menu.
In the "Cost Management + Billing" pane, click on "Cost analysis" or "Budgets" to view your usage and spending.
You should be able to see your free credit balance and usage details there. The balance will be displayed in the currency of your region.
It is important to note that the free credit balance is only available for a limited time and may expire if not used within the specified time period. You can check the expiration date of your free credit balance in the Azure portal under the "Subscriptions" tab.
If problem persist, please contact Azure billing and subscription management support to investigate this issue and help you further. The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue.
