Facing issue in scaffold item identity

i have been trying to add identity in my package but when i do i face this kind of error
There was an error running the selected code generator: 'Package restore failed. Rolling back package changes for 'eCommerceWebApp'.'
i have tried to clear everything restore all the packages and even tried to change the version of every pacakage but still unable to fix this issue is there any other way how can i fix or how can i know the exact error!
