no access to authenticator

Question

I have no access to authenticator. I have a 2-step verification,one of them is the authenticator.

Now that I have no access to authenticator, I cannot enter the admincenter and I am the only administrator.

I have been advised to call microsoft, but when I call microsoft, I get a recording that there can be no telephone contact.

My contract expires on August 18 and I want to cancel it.

please give me advice!
