How to fix Application errors WerFault.exe (0xc000012d) and Ax32Serv.exe when attempting to deploy code changes to pre-production server?

Question

I was deploying code changes from stage to pre-production, but the application Build (compilation) could not be completed as it resulted in below errors. I tried to run the Build multiple times, but it is returning the same set of errors every time.

 

Also checked the memory and looks like there is no issue there.
