How to remove the two companies under the Directory in my Azure account?

When I set up my Azure account in May, it is meant to be a personal account. However, two companies appeared under the Directory. This is not intended. I have no more dealings with these two companies for many years.

Recently, I cannot publish webpages using the Azure account. The error code is AADSTS50020.

To rectify the error, I cannot go back to these companies. How can I remove these two companies from the Directory of my account? It should be a personal account with only my email address.

Would it work if I delete the existing Azure account and set up a new account with the same personal email address?

If the above does not work, how can I publish my webpage?

Appreciate urgent advice.

Thanks

Patrick
