cannot create initial subscription

I had a previous subscription but had to suspend it because I did not have time to put in studying for AZ 104. Now I have time and would like to recommit to doing my studies but now when I try and create a new subscription it give me this error:

I Failed to create "Subscription 1" X

subscription.

Not all Azure plans are enabled ,i‘ active for this billing

profile. Please contact Azure Support. {"error":

{"code":"NoAzurePlanFound","message":"l\lot all Azure

plans are enabled ,u‘ active forthis billing profile. Please

contact Azure

Support."},"code":"l\ioAzureP|anFound","message":"r\lot

all Azure plans are enabled f active for this billing

profile. Please contact Azure Support."}

Anyone have any idea what this is and how I can fix it? Also, when I try and click the link for support I just get a selfhelp box to to get Q & A response. It won't allow me to create a support ticket.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

    Hello john Mark,

    Thanks for your question

This means there's no active Azure plan associated with your billing profile. This is most likely because the previous free trial you did expired. To check:

    • Go to the Azure Portal and navigate to "Cost Management + Billing" and check your billing profile

You can try re-enable your subscription or change to Pay as you Go. See: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/subscription-disabled

I would also recommend you to please contact Billing and Subscription team. See: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

    Regards,

    Abiola
