I am experiencing issues while using Co-Pilot to generate a presentation in PowerPoint through a spreadsheet (.xlsx) file. Co-Pilot displays an error message saying that the file is not in SharePoint, although the file is listed there. Here's some additional information:

  • I am currently using Microsoft 365 Standard Business
  • Co-Pilot is an annual model

Previously, it was working correctly until a few days ago. I have tried different types of files, but it only recognizes some of them.

The error message displayed is as follows: "We currently support document transformation only for files in your organization's SharePoint. Please upload the content to a file in SharePoint and try again with the link to the uploaded file."

I am not sure if there are any settings in the administrator panel related to limitations on the types of files that Co-Pilot can use.
