Azure Portal not responding - need support

I am trying to manage my production web app (app service), but the Azure Portal is not responding - it is very slow and does not finish loading the page. The gray placeholder boxes never load to show any values, all of the menu items are disabled so I can't even stop/restart the app. My production app is alerting with 500 errors but I can't even investigate.

Also, I have been trying to contact Azure support by creating a support request - going through the steps in Help + Support menu in the portal, but at the end it always tries to redirect back to some diagnostics page under my app service that just hangs and never finishes loading (blank page).

It's impossible to create a support request through the portal when the portal itself is the problem. Is there really no other way to get help from Azure Support?

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thank you.

    • If feasible, redeploy your resources to a different region that is not affected by the outage.
