Earlier like month before, from my Microsoft profile it was just a one click and without asking any thing else directly, I was able to connect to Pearson Vue to do any exam related activities.
But now when I try to connect it asks Address details and contact information's Mandatorily. So it's clearly Microsoft has done changes recently.
I was trying to connect to Pearson Vue almost more than Two weeks now from my Microsoft account and fails with the same error as follows and wonder why no one from Microsoft attending to that and figure out the issue.
And when checking on inspect Console the error as follows

Is there anyone in Microsoft that can attend to this issue please. Have to tell you the truth it's really hard to figure out where and who to forward these issue in Microsoft and it's a nightmare to get an answer from Microsoft as well unless from user community.
Luckily I was able to contact Pearson Vue and reschedule my exam. But still unable to connect from Microsoft.
