You will need to ask a Global Admin from the tenant to re-register you for MFA. Only admins have the capability to do this.

Hi all,
I had to change my phone device due to the old one breaking down. Therefore, I have no access to my old device's MS Authenticator app, but I need to be able to work with it as I can not access my client's projects. So far I have downloaded the application on my new device and added my company's group. When I try to add the client's group (both have the same MS Account) I am asked to enter the number, which is sent to my old device. How can I add the client's group? Is there any way to reset my account in their group or something similar? Thanks!
