Power automate flow convert html to pdf via onedrive issue - corrupt pdf file

Hello,

In my PowerAutomate flow, a PDF is created from an HTML file. The HTML file is stored in onedrive, the PDF is stored in Sharepoint. The flow has already run several times for several months, but it has been failing since 2 days because the PDF is corrupt. Creating a .JPG for example still works, its only PDF.

Anyone knows why or has a workaround?

I think I could have the same problem also appearing recently.

In my case, I identified the step where the issue was raised: in the Action Invoke an HTTP Request. Looks like the output of the function sometimes returns an html code, sometimes a properly encoded pdf content (see the 2 screenshots below).

There is an inconsistent behavior. I have 2 parallel branches, with the same function, and sometimes 1 of them fails.

I keep troubleshooting... Feel free to raise your hand if you find anything.
