My Microsoft Authenticator can not recive the verification code

Question

I used my android phone download and install Microsoft Authenticator from google play,app verison is 6.2208.5297.I have add email to my Authenticator, when my latop login email,it display 2 bit number code,and i can recive the notification in Authenticator and enter the code.But when i use my email login share point,it show me enter the verification code showing in Authenticator,i can not recive any notification.And i can not change use other way to login.This email used other phone's Authenticor before,i have delete that device and add mine app.
