How to keep in Document intelligence retrieved tables the cell that contains two lines as one cell and in one row instead of two rows

the above image is what my custom model retrieves (as u can see empty row index when there is a cell with two lines content)
The above image is how I manually labeled it and how it shows the tables items in the fields items section (the correct version), so how do I fix the region overlapping issue?
