Not able to create a Blog Account using the Blog Template

Question

I am trying create a Blog Account using the Blog Post Template.

It looks correct:

But the Manage Account does not react and there is no dialog window that appear automatically as mentioned in this guide:

on a Windows 11 machine that is updated to latest version:

My word version is:

I have created hundreds of blogs over the last 12 years, and this is the first time it demands a blog post template.

What to do?
