Log in ptoblem authentication approval required

Question

When i trying to log in the app wants to approve the code or get pin from itself how could that be, my email was signed out suddenly and after that i faces this problem. I contact my administrator and hel reset my acount but the problem still exist i cant log in again

Your administrator needs to go into Entra and re-register you for MFA.
