    Hi Fatih Can,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Pls find the steps to Revise Total Licenses as below:

    1. Access the Azure Portal
    • Go to the Azure Portal and sign in with your administrator credentials.
    1. Navigate to the Azure Active Directory
    • In the left-hand navigation pane, select Azure AD.
    1. Select Licenses
    • Under Manage, select Licenses.
    • Then select All products to view all the license-based subscriptions you have.
    1. Choose the Subscription to Modify
    • Select the subscription (product) you want to change the number of licenses for.
    1. Modify License Quantity
    • Click on + Assign to add more licenses or adjust the quantity.
    • If you need to decrease the number of licenses, you may need to go through your reseller or the Microsoft Office 365 Admin Center, depending on your subscription type.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transaction. This might involve verifying billing details and confirming the changes.

    Note:

The ability to directly modify the number of licenses may vary depending on how your subscription is managed (directly through Azure, via a reseller, or through Microsoft 365 Admin Center). Changes in licenses can affect billing, so ensure you review the cost implications before finalizing any changes.
