Hi, I am trying out the Form Recognizer Service. I followed the steps in the overview and I and getting the the error.
Analyze Failed: Cannot connect to form recognizer backend URL. Please make sure the network connection is good and specified endpoint is correct.
I am sure the endpoint and key is correct. Any idea?

Thanks for the information. However, I'm not able to reproduce this issue. Using the sample tool, I'm able to run analysis successfully as shown below. Can you try a different browser and check your network connection?
Thanks for the reply, but I think there might a bug somewhere.
If I convert the image to PNG format it works. If the image is in JPEG format, I am still getting the network error.
Tried with JPEG format as well but works fine. What region is your resource, I'd like to verify whether your region is impacted? Otherwise, this may be specific to your environment and you may have to submit a support request for further investigation.

I'm getting this same error when I try to use a .pdf file. If I convert the same .pdf to a .png it works for some reason. Also using the sample FOTT labeling tool built from source on my local (2.1-preview.3-2cbf98b)

For PDF OCR-extractions you will need to use a different URL, which worked for me:
