why MS Authenticator keep sending me code non stop?

I have deleted an account in MS Authenticator because it keep sending me code non stop. is this normal? If it is, how do i recover the deleted account?

    If Authenticator is sending you notiifications not instigated by you, it could be a sign of attempted access. Please ensure no one has access to your credentials.

    If you deletd your authenticator, unfortunately you will need to contact your administrator to help re-gister or reset your account.
