I want restore owner and permission of windows apps (windows 11 pro)

hi I wanted to create my app shortcut and that's needed adminastor permission and i couldn't to figure out how to do that (i searched a lot in setting and didn't find) and that's why i tried get windows owner permission in security and i changed to that name and email i registed to make Microsoft account and i still cant create app shortcut and i see an error when i want run a app from its icon on screen so i want to restore windows app security and permission to default and please teach me how to create a icon app on screen -__-

    Hello,

    You can try enabling the administrator account with group policy and then test creating a shortcut.

    Here are the general steps:

    1. Press the Win + R key combination to open the Run window. Enter gpedit.msc to open the Local Group Policy Editor.
    2. Navigate to Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policy > Security Options.
    3. Enable the administrator account: Find "Administrator Account Status" on the right, double-click to open it, select "Enabled", and then click "OK".
