    Hi @Jie Zheng,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A platform!

Based on your problem description, I would first like to clarify that the new Outlook for Windows 11 does not support Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) accounts. This protocol has been deprecated in favor of other connection methods and is not available in the latest version of Outlook.

    However, you have several options:

1.Use Windows Mail app: The built-in mail app in Windows 11 supports Exchange ActiveSync. You can add your account there and continue to use it without problems.

    • Please refer to the following steps for details:
    • In the Windows 11 Start menu, search for and open the Mail app.
    • Click the Settings gear icon in the lower left corner and select Manage Accounts.
    • Click the Add Account button.
    • In the pop-up window, select Advanced Settings.
    • In Advanced Settings, select Exchange ActiveSync.
    • Enter your email address, user name, password, server address, and other information. Usually, the server address can be obtained from your email provider.
    • After filling in all the necessary information, click the Sign In or Done button.

2.Upgrade to a supported email service: If possible, consider migrating your email to a service supported by the new Outlook, such as Exchange Online or Office 365.For specific operations, please refer to this document:https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/mailbox-migration/migrating-imap-mailboxes/migrate-other-types-of-imap-mailboxes

Please feel free to contact me if you have any queries.

    Best,

    Jake Zhang
