SQL 2019-ExpressAdv_ENU Stand Alone Installation Issue, Setup.exe keep popping up.

Question

Dear Microsoft team,

I'm facing issue while installing SQL 2019 express ( ExpressAdv_ENU ) stand alone sql server since last week. Before that, i have installed SSMS Management Studio 2017 and uninstalled it. Many forums said i must installed SQL server first before installing any Management studio. also tried to installed with other version such as SQL Server express 2008, 2014, 2017 but the problem still same.

I've tried suggestion from:

SQL Server is not currently supported here on QnA. I'd try asking for help in dedicated forums here.
