To fix this issue, try the following steps:
- Verify that the downloaded update package is not corrupted. Check the hash value of the downloaded package against the hash value of the package in the content library. If the hash values don't match, delete the staging folder and try downloading the package again.
- Check the permissions on the folder where the update package is stored. Make sure that the account running the installation has read and execute permissions on the folder.
- Check if the file "MMASETUP-AMD64.EXE" exists in the folder where the update package is stored. If it doesn't exist, try downloading the package again.
- If the issue persists, try running the installation in repair mode. To do this, run the following command from an elevated command prompt:
Replacesetup.exe /repair /source:<path to update package>
<path to update package>
with the path to the folder where the update package is stored.
