Hello,

I've been trying to deploy OpenAI's models in my Azure ML studio, I sent an application for their model's access and they granted me access however when I try to deploy I get this message:
User's image

Even though I haven't created any yet, and I don't have any running resources which are using OpenAI's models.

    Hi Fozi-5962,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Given that you haven't created any azure openai resources yet and are still receiving this error, it suggests there might be a misconfiguration or an issue with your azure subscription.

    • Check for Hidden or Orphaned Resources by using the global search bar at the top of the Azure portal to search for "Azure OpenAI" resources across all resource groups and subscriptions. or through Azure resource graph explorer to list all resources in your subscription
    Resources
    | where type contains "Microsoft.CognitiveServices/accounts"

    • Navigate to the "Usage + quotas" section in the Azure portal for your subscription. Look for any entries related to "Cognitive Services" or "Azure OpenAI" and check the current usage and limits.

If you have verified that you don't have any existing resources, have the correct permissions, and are still encountering the issue, it may be necessary to contact azure support.

Please 'Upvote'(Thumbs-up) and 'Accept' as an answer if the reply was helpful. This will benefit other community members who face the same issue.
