Hello tamil selvan,
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A and thank you for posting your questions here.
Problem
I understand that you created files on your desktop, and once you logout and then login back you are not able to see the file.
Solution
The first thought to check is to check your user profile configuration. However, iles created on the desktop are not persisting across logout and login sessions, possibly due to a misconfiguration with FSLogix.
What you would need to do are the followings:
- Ensure that FSLogix is correctly installed and configured on your system. Also check the FSLogix profile status by looking at the FSLogix logs, which can be found at
C:\ProgramData\FSLogix\Logs
. Look for any errors or warnings that might indicate issues with profile loading: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/fslogix/install-ht - Check Profile Container Path according to the Microsoft's guide on configuring FSLogix profile containers: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/fslogix/configure-profile-container-tutorial
- Review Configuration Settings on FSLogix profile container configuration guide: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/fslogix/configure-profile-container-tutorial#step-2-create-a-profile-container
- Check File Server Availability if you use any: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/storage/file-server/file-server
- Check Group Policy Settings to configuring FSLogix with Group Policy: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/fslogix/group-policy-configuration-reference
- Recreate User Profile even if none exist create a new one: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/client-management/delete-user-profiles
