How do I log into my school Microsoft account after deleting the authentication app by mistake

Question

I deleted my authentication app by mistake and now I can't log into my school's account without the authentication app , I downloaded it again but i can't sign in because I can't authenticate my account, what should I do to solve this ?

Hi @Thaakirah Blommetjie ,

if you haven't created a backup before deleting the Authenticator app the easiest way is to contact your school admin and request to reset your account MFA settings.
