Authenticator issue

I have a personal account and a business account. For some reason when I try to log into my business account on the office 365 it asks to approve the sign in request on Microsoft authentication app by giving the correct number.

When I try to log into my account on the Microsoft authentication app it asks me to provide the correct number however I don't recieve any notifications for this.

Can someone please help me.

you can ask your Global Administrator to reset MFA for you, once reset done you will be asked to setup MFA when you login next time. Here is screenshot which you share with your Admin.

When I try and log into Microsoft Azure it asks me to verify my identity by approving the request on the authenticator app. It doesn't show up on the app

You have to ask your global administrator to reset MFA for your user as mentioned in above screenshot… you cannot reset MFA for your self.

who manages your business account? or who manages your business infrastructure?

hope business account you meant to say yourname@yourcomapnyname.com accounts.

personnel account means - yourname@hotamail.com outlook.com gmail.com,live.com etc.

I am the only person that uses the account. Aty01@msiddique.onmicrosoft.com And i cant login to the account

Thanks for providing details- looks like you are sign-off for free account recently and you are the only global admin account.

Thanks for the information. It mentions to open a ticket, can i do this without signing into my account. Or shall i sign into my personal account and create a ticket via that way,

Did you tried forgot option? PFA how...open office.com on incognito orprivate browsing mode and select cant access your accoutn...enter yoru username-->

I have tried the above method however it doesn't work. My authenticator app doesnt have my MS business accoubt on it anymore. When i try and log into it via the authenticator app it asked me to verify my identity by approving the request or selecting the correct number. But as I cannot login it seems as if I'm going round in circles.
