I Don't Have Any Azure Subscription but I Got a Mail Saying I Owe an Amount and Have to Pay

I received an email from azure (microsoft-noreply@microsoft.com ) stating that I owe an amount for an Azure subscription. However, I don't have any Azure subscription active/ associated with my account. Could you please look into this matter and clarify why I received this email?
