Setting up Work Outlook on my iPhone

I am trying to set up my work Outlook account on my iPhone. I downloaded the app, and removed and downloaded again the Authenticator app. But still, when I got to the Authenticator screen, there 's no option anywhere to "get code".

    HI,

    you have to ask your Global Administrator to reset MFA for you, once reset done you will be asked to setup MFA when you login next time. Here is screenshot which you can share with your Admin.
