I build a Server 2022 AD and RDS Virutalzation Host,

it success to deploy a Virutalzation Host,

success to install a client Win 10 & 11 OS with sysprep,

success to create a collection without userprofile, and Web launch the instance VM,

success to create a collection with userprofile, but the problem here,

fail to launch the instance with userprofile, the error showen,

"We can't sign in to your account

This problem can often be fixed by signing out of your account and then signing back in.

if you don't sign out now, any you create or changes you make will be lost."

    Hello,

This issue sounds like a user profile corruption on the RDS server.

You might need to 1) check or 2) delete that profile by removing it from the registry:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\Current\Version\ProfileList.

Double-click ProfileImagePath. Ensure the correct path to the user account. If the user folder no longer exists, delete the registry key and reboot.

If the profile has .bat extension, then rename the profile by deleting .bak only.
