SCCM 1902 Console Connections Empty

Hello,

i installed sccm console on a client computer that connects to the site database, however on the server's console, i cannot see who's connected and at what time. it's just empty.

what am i missing?

    I saw a discussion about this issue, and finally solved the problem through the step of setting up enhanced http certificate. Link to the referenced question discussion:https://twitter.com/zsattler/status/1118172556253716481
    In the Configuration Manager console, go to>Administration>Overview>Site Configuration>Sites>Properties>Communication Security. Make the settings as shown below:44661-8.png

    By the way, SCCM 1902 was ended support on Sep 27 2020, it's recommended to upgrade to the latest version current branch 2006 ASAP.
