I need your help with my problem, I can sync the users on M365 to my AD but I want the users to also be in my active directory to access the resources. Currently when I create new users in AD, the sync works but I want the old ones already created on M365 to be there. Thank you for understanding

We understand that you have created users from Azure Portal please correct me if my understanding is wrong. If that is the scenario, as I mentioned above it is not possible sync back the users from Azure Portal to On-prem AD.

Yes this is the case, I created the users on the Azure portal of course.
