The error code 11000 indicates that an internal error has occurred while performing the operation. This error is usually caused by transient issues with the service. I recommend you to retry the operation later.
Make sure to set Policies affect the run-time behavior of an activity, giving configuration options. Activity Policies are only available for execution activities.
To automate the process of "rerun from failed activity", but there is a Retry option in each activity, which you can definitely use. In the pipeline, you can retry any activity multiple times in case of that activity failure (please see the screenshot).
