As the message suggests, you should contact your IT stuff/Helpdesk and work with them to resolve this issue, or to get the updated usage guidelines.

    Hi @Zainab Fatima

According to your case description "You have successfully logged in to your account, but you do not meet the conditions for accessing this resource." This error is usually because the administrator has set conditional access for the account in Azure Portal. To find out what conditional access is set, you need to log in to Azure Portal https://portal.azure.com/ to view and disable it.

Therefore, it is recommended that you contact your administrator to view and assign access rights.

Note: To log in to Azure Portal, you need to be a Global Administrator, Security Administrator, or Global Reader.

If you are the only administrator in your organization, we sincerely recommend that you call Microsoft's global customer service hotline and describe your problem to the manual customer service.
